Guillaume brings the standards, transaction literacy and network of international investment banking, built over a career at Rothschild & Co, J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank. His background spans M&A and capital markets for listed and private companies internationally. He leads client relationships, deal and product design, and the firm's connection into European and North American capital.

Zulfiya Zakirova

Co-founder

Zulfiya provides the firm's local foundation: an established personal and business network across Uzbekistan's corporate, financial and institutional landscape, native command of the language and culture, and a permanent presence in Tashkent. A former Regional Director of the Canada Eurasia Chamber of Commerce, she connects international investors with domestic players, and brings a longstanding career in the investment industry acquired in Canada. She leads local relationship management.

Dr. Nadira Mavlyanova

Partner

Nadira leads the firm's environmental and geoscience practice, with decades of research in natural hazards and cross-border risk across Central Asia. A Doctor of Sciences in Geophysics and PhD in Engineering Geology, she is a Leading Researcher at the Sergeev Institute of Environmental Geosciences (Russian Academy of Sciences) and formerly headed project teams at Uzbekistan's Institute of Seismology. Her work includes the GFZ Potsdam “Cascade” project and the World Bank's “Food Security Eurasia” programme. Through senior roles in leading scientific institutions and government commissions, she also opens doors to academic and public-sector decision-makers.
